Poor customer service - avoid.
Sent by a friend to speak to Paul at Team Impulse about a Car Radio problem, assured by my friend that "Paul's the best one to ask." Drove all the way there to be told by Paul: "I own the business, I don't answer questions. Speak to my Sales Team." Didn't linger. My advice is to avoid...   02-12-20
