I’m not sure what to say. It was my second visit. First one was good, so I decided to go back. Unfortunately my colour was wrong and I told the lady that I’m not happy and she had to redo my hair again. It was so awkward for me. I was there for 3.5hours and had to leave still with wrong colour. Have to be honest- very poor customer service.
